  1. Can I still use the themes/plugins once my Membership expired?

Yes, you still can keep and use the themes & plugins that you already downloaded during your membership. However, you will no longer have access to file downloads, updates, or support.

  1. Does the Silver/Golden Member include the Builder plugin version?

If you are using an Inwave theme, you don’t need to get the Builder plugin version because the Builder is included in the Inwave theme framework. Standard & Developer Club memberships do not include the Builder plugin. Master Club includes all themes, Photoshop files, and plugins.

  1. I just joined, can I refund or upgrade?

Yes, you may exchange the themes within 30 days of the purchase. To exchange the themes: simply send us a mail (include your user ID and theme change).

  1. Does the membership auto renew?

No, the payment only processes once and it doesn’t auto charge or renews. To renew the membership, you have to re-purchase another year.

  1. I don’t have Paypal.

You do not need a Paypal account to check out (all major credit cards are accepted). If your credit card does not work, please contact us (URL). We do have

other payment options.

  1. Can I use the themes from this WordPress theme club on multiple sites?

Yes! You can download themes unlimited times and you can install them on an unlimited number of domains.

  1. Can I upgrade after placing an order?

Yes! You can upgrade your account to the higher level. Also, you can upgrade your single theme order for membership. Please contact us and we will give you all necessary instructions.

  1. Can I use your themes for my clients?

Yes! You can use anything that you download from our site for making websites for your clients

  1. What’s the “demo installer”?

The demo installer is a very helpful tool for you to make your website exactly like our Demo. The demo installer is available for every theme that you can find on our site. It’s available for single purchases and all membership plans

  1. Is it possible to buy a single WordPress plugin?

Purchase of our WordPress plugins is possible. In this case, the price for each plugin is attached per plugin.

  1. What payment methods do you support?

We accept PayPal and all major Credit Cards. However, you can contact us if you would like to pay via Bank Transfer or Western Union.

  1. What is your refund policy?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed or your money will be refunded! We honor all refund requests within 7 days. If you are not happy with our WordPress theme, then it’s our fault, so please contact us to get your refund.
